8 Reasons to Choose Our Office

With so many dental centers out there, finding the right one is an important task, yet can be a daunting one. Everyone wants quality care and results they are happy with. How do you find a dentist who meets your needs as well as your family’s? Twin Cities Dental Center is known to stand out from the rest. Please, consider these reasons why we’re different and decide for yourself if we’re the right match for you and your family.

1. Comprehensive Care in One Location

Life can be hectic, spending extra time seeking numerous dentist’s and specialist’s offices is no longer necessary. We make it convenient to receive all your dental care needs at one place. We have a range of services from comprehensive general to cosmetic and restorative dentistry. No extra phone calls, no extra driving, just more time saved for you!

2. A Fun, Friendly Team

We are dedicated to giving you quality dental care, but we like to have fun at work too. You’ll enjoy a cheerful and welcoming atmosphere in our office. Treating you the way we want to be treated is what we practice. Our staff loves working together and its quickly noticeable. We’re able to provide exceptional level of service with our team work efforts ensuring you the ultimate dental experience.

3. Open Communication

Outstanding dentistry requires more than clinical skill and high-tech tools. It demands an open line of communication between doctors and patients. To maintain a high standard service, we incorporate the knowledge to the way we interact with our patients. We are honest, straightforward and keep you informed about various dental procedures and options. We take the time to get to know you and find out what your needs and concerns are. Building long term relationships while providing you with the type of service we would want to receive for ourselves and for our families, is what we’re all about.

4. Gentle Dental Care

We’re aware many people are afraid of going to the dentist. Our team is gentle and will do whatever they can to make your dental visit as stress free as possible so you have a safe and comfortable experience. Some of our comfort features include a cozy, home-like atmosphere, aromatherapy, relaxing music, movies, complimentary beverages, or soft, warm blankets. But at times, even a caring and gentle staff is not enough to help patients with dental phobia. Dental phobia is a condition that should not be shameful. We offer nitrous oxide or even more effective, sedation dentistry that is proven to relieve anxiety so you can better face your dental visits.

5. Respect for Your Time

Regularly visiting the dentist is an important decision and we’re glad you find the time for it. But we don’t want to waste it either. We’ll do our best to see you at the time of your appointment and quickly address any of your issues or concerns. We’ll answer any of your questions and explain your options so you can get back on your schedule. We’re going to help you make decisions you can feel good about.

6. State-of-the-Art Dentistry with a Personal Touch

Technology has advanced in many areas of life including in the field of dentistry. Our office is updated with the latest technology and equipment to produce satisfying and reliable care. If you haven’t been to a dentist in a while, here are just some examples of what we’ve incorporated to our practice:

Unlike traditional X-rays, we use a digital radiography that produces 90% less radiation. Along with an intraoral camera to take pictures of conditions inside the mouth, allowing you to see just what the doctor sees. Both X-ray and camera images are displayed on a chair side monitor to assist in an accurate diagnosis and treatment while keeping you informed of your dental health.

Laser dentistry makes going to the dentist less painful while giving you a faster healing time following dental procedures. We utilize the laser to treat a variety of oral conditions eliminating the use of a scalpel in traditional dentistry.

The cone beam Cat Scan machine is capable of giving us full anatomy, three dimensional images of the head and neck. This information tremendously helps our team make wise decisions for your treatment plan. We can better analyze implant placement and restorative options, discover any diseases, plan orthodontic procedures, aid in extractions and examine airway capacity. In fact, there are only a couple hundred i-Cats in the entire world, and only a few in the state of Minnesota.

We’re proud to be one of the rare dental offices who hold an on-site dental laboratory. This greatly benefits our patients. All dental work is overseen by our doctors to ensure it’s done properly. Overall communication between doctors, patients and lab technicians is improved giving you better service and predictable results.

Technology enables us to be more efficient while achieving the results you want. But you can expect to feel good about your dental health and choosing us when we add a personal touch to everything we do.

7. Dedication and Skill

With experience, skill, and advanced training, you can be confident you’re in good hands with our team of doctors. Dr. Joseph Gendler alone, spends more than 300 hours a year on continuing education and is one of the few Fellow Associates of American Academy of Implant Dentistry. With much acquired, our team is privileged to provide you with full-service dentistry. Orthodontics, periodontics, oral surgery and implant dentistry are just some aspects of dental care you’ll find at our office. Personalized care focused on your specific needs, gives you another reason to smile.
